As of August 2010, The Phil W. Morris Co. officially changed the name to The Morris Company LLC.

For over forty years, The Morris Company, LLC has built fine homes and commercial projects in Sedona and we take great pride in having the reputation as Sedona’s premier and longest established custom homebuilder.  Our primary focus is creating finely crafted residences for discriminating clients from all over the world.  We are proud that we have been given the trust by clients to build multiple projects for them.

Phil Morris, Principle founder of The Morris Company, LLC, was born in Jerome, Arizona, spent much of his youth in Sedona, and his family roots go back as far as the original settlers.  Phil is a graduate of Arizona State University Construction and Engineering Department.

In 1967, there were three home builders in Sedona.  Today there are several hundred, so experience, longevity, and professionalism are truly the determining factors in selecting a fine home builder.  The Morris Company, LLC is the finest Sedona has to offer.
